Pyunkang Yul Red Ginseng Propolis Booster Toner is a nourishing anti-age booster toner with red ginseng and propolis for skin showing signs of reduced firmness, dryness, and dullness. It has a richer, slightly viscous essence-like texture compared to a classic watery toner: it is used as the first step of skincare after cleansing and at the same time prepares the skin for the products that follow.
The formula combines ginseng root and berry extracts with propolis, honey, niacinamide, panthenol, a peptide, sodium hyaluronate, and a complex of centella components. The toner helps maintain skin firmness and elasticity, intensely hydrates, softens, and gives a smoother, more radiant appearance.
