If you wish to return a product purchased from 7skin.lv, please contact us by email at [email protected].

Return request

You can submit a return request in any format within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

Please include the following in your request:

• your first and last name;
• the product name;
• the invoice or order number;
• the reason for the return.

Product condition

The product being returned must be unused, undamaged, and in its original, unopened packaging. This requirement also applies to cosmetic devices and other similar products.

Return costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except when the product is damaged or does not match the order.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days after the product has been received and inspected.
