Description
Moisturizing Dr. Althea Aqua Glowing Sunscreen SPF50+ PA++++ with an aqua-glow finish. It provides high protection against UVA and UVB rays, intensely hydrates the skin and leaves it naturally radiant without stickiness or a greasy shine. Its lightweight, almost watery texture spreads smoothly and evenly over the skin.
It contains new-generation photostable UV filters that provide long-lasting protection in everyday urban conditions:
- Uvinul A Plus (Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate) provides protection against UVA rays.
- Uvinul T 150 (Ethylhexyl Triazone) provides protection against UVB rays.
- Mexoryl XL (Drometrizole Trisiloxane) is an oil-soluble UV filter that protects against both UVA and UVB radiation.
- Tinosorb M (Methylene Bis-Benzotriazolyl Tetramethylbutylphenol) provides broad-spectrum UVA and UVB protection. It has a hybrid action, both absorbing and reflecting UV radiation.
Key active ingredients:
- Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) helps reduce the formation of pigmentation and promotes a more even skin tone. It also helps regulate sebum production, reduce oily shine and minimize the appearance of pores.
- Ceramides help restore the integrity of the skin's outer layer, strengthen the natural skin barrier, reduce sensitivity to external irritants and relieve dryness and flaking.
- Panthenol (Vitamin B5) helps soothe redness and discomfort, supports the hydrolipid barrier, reduces moisture loss and promotes skin recovery.
- Hyaluronic acid provides intensive hydration, helps reduce dryness and flaking and prevents moisture loss.
- Sea grape extract (Caulerpa Lentillifera Extract) is a nutrient-rich algae extract that helps moisturize and revitalize tired-looking skin while supporting its elasticity.
Suitable for all skin types.
How to use: Apply approximately 1.2 ml to the face and neck and spread evenly over the skin. Reapply every 2–3 hours when exposed to direct sunlight, for example at the beach.
