Description
The facial cleansing gel Sungboon Editor Kojic Acid Niacinamide Gel Cleanser removes makeup residue, excess sebum, and dead skin cells, leaving skin smooth and soft.
Helps even out skin tone and reduce the appearance of pigmentation, while providing antioxidant benefits.
Key active ingredients:
- Kojic acid gently brightens the skin and helps heal post-acne marks. It inhibits tyrosine, a component involved in melanin synthesis, slowing the development of pigmentation.
- 5% niacinamide (vitamin B3) slows the transfer of melanin to the epidermis, helping prevent dark spots. It regulates sebum production, reduces oily shine, and minimizes the appearance of pores.
- Turmeric extract reduces redness and helps inflammation heal faster. It has antioxidant properties, evens out skin tone, and reduces dullness.
- Retinol — the most common type of retinoid — converts to retinal and then retinoic acid when applied to the skin. It has powerful anti-aging and anti-acne effects, minimizes the appearance of pores, and smooths skin texture.
- Tea tree oil has anti-inflammatory properties, reduces irritation, and helps control sebum production.
- Sea buckthorn oil nourishes, gently brightens, provides antioxidant protection, and softens the skin.
- Panthenol (vitamin B5) restores the integrity of the outermost skin layer, supports the skin barrier, speeds the healing of minor skin damage, and relieves redness and irritation.
Directions for use: lather the product in your palms, apply to your face, massage over the skin in circular motions, and rinse with water. Continue cleansing with a facial gel or foam cleanser.
