COSRX Low pH Niacinamide Micellar Cleansing Water is a makeup remover specially developed for sensitive skin. It gently cleanses the skin without causing dryness or irritating the eyes.

During makeup removal, it provides additional moisturizing and soothing care while helping to regulate sebum production and reduce oily shine.

The mildly acidic formula with a pH of approximately 5.5–6.0 helps maintain the skin's protective hydrolipid barrier and supports a healthy pH balance. Its lightweight, toner-like texture leaves the skin feeling comfortably hydrated after cleansing.

Key active ingredients:

• Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) helps regulate sebum production and reduce oily shine, while helping prevent hyperpigmentation and promote a more even skin tone.
• Panthenol (Vitamin B5) helps soothe redness and discomfort, supports the hydrolipid barrier, reduces moisture loss and promotes skin recovery.
• Allantoin soothes the skin, helps reduce reactivity and supports natural regeneration processes.
• Madecassoside is a bioactive component derived from Centella asiatica that helps soothe the skin and support its recovery.
• Zinc (Zinc PCA) helps regulate sebaceous gland activity and excessive sebum production while supporting the balance of blemish-prone skin.
• Sodium Hyaluronate helps attract and retain moisture in the skin, supporting hydration, elasticity and a smoother skin texture.

Suitable for normal, combination, dry and sensitive skin.

How to use: Apply the product to a cotton pad and gently wipe the face. To remove long-wearing eye makeup, place a cotton pad soaked with micellar water over closed eyes for 30–60 seconds, then gently wipe the skin.
