Description
Pads Dr. Althea 2% Salicylic Acid Clear Pad exfoliate dead skin cells, cleanse pores, normalize sebum production, and prevent the formation of comedones. They help reduce inflammation and blackheads, and even out skin microrelief.
They have a softening, antibacterial, and cooling effect, eliminate redness, irritation, and the feeling of tightness after washing.
Main active ingredients:
- BHA (salicylic acid, 2%) normalizes sebum production and eliminates oily shine, dissolves impurities in the pores, thereby preventing the appearance of blackheads and comedones.
- PHA (lactobionic acid) gently exfoliates, brightens pigmentation, and smoothes skin texture. Acting gently, it gradually enhances the protective function of the stratum corneum, thereby reducing skin sensitivity.
- AHA (lactic acid) removes dead skin cells, moisturizes, is part of the natural moisturizing factor (NMF), and increases ceramide synthesis.
- Hyaluronic acid of different molecular weights: molecules with high molecular weight restore the hydrolipid mantle, accelerate healing, and reduce flaking. Molecules with low molecular weight have high penetrating ability, prevent moisture loss at the cellular level.
- Calendula extract reduces itching, redness, and irritation, normalizes the activity of sebaceous glands, and improves the regeneration process.
- Witch hazel extract has antibacterial and soothing effects. Regulates sebum production, tightens pores, and reduces oiliness.
- Tea tree extract has an anti-inflammatory effect, eliminates redness, reduces the risk of acne, and promotes rapid healing.
- Bisabolol is obtained from chamomile essential oil. It reduces irritation and relieves redness, stimulates regeneration, and restores elasticity.
How to use: After washing, gently wipe your face. Can be used as a local mask: apply the pad to the skin for 3–5 minutes, remove, and let the remaining essence absorb.
