Purchase terms

When placing an order in the 7skin.lv online store and making a payment, you confirm that you are familiar with the Terms of Purchase and agree to them.

1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
   

1. The conditions of sale are valid in connection with the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods between the clients of the Internet store 7skin.lv (hereinafter referred to as the Client) and ClimAria SIA (reg. Nr. 40103685670, legal address - Allazu 4-11, Riga, LV-1005, Latvia) the owner of the online store 7skin.lv (hereinafter referred to as 7skin.lv).

2. All 7skin.lv users and/or guests who wish to purchase our products are subject to the terms of this agreement and the rights and obligations arising from the legal acts of the Republic of Latvia.

3. 7skin.lv reserves the right to make changes to the terms of purchase and change prices. All changes are displayed on the 7skin.lv website.

2. ENTRY INTO FORCE OF THE CONTRACT OF SALE
   

1. 7skin.lv sells and the Client buys the goods offered in the online store.

2. The agreement concluded between 7skin.lv and the Client comes into force when the Client pays the specified amount to the 7skin.lv settlement account after the order is confirmed.

3. When placing an order in the 7skin.lv online store and making a payment, the Client confirms that he has read the terms of sale and agrees to them.

3. PRICES
   

1. All prices in the 7skin.lv online store are in euros and include 21% value added tax.

2. 7skin.lv reserves the right to make changes to prices. If the Client managed to pay for his order before the seller changed the price, the new price does not apply to this Client in this case, therefore, the Client buys the goods at the price that was indicated on the site at the time of placing the order.

3. The price of the goods does not include the cost of shipping the order. Shipping rates indicated on the 7skin.lv website may change. Current shipping rates are listed in the "Delivery" section.
   

4. PLACING THE ORDER AND PAYING THE GOODS
   

1. You can place an order on the website 7skin.lv.

2. When placing an order, the Buyer must indicate the name, surname, phone number, delivery address, his e-mail address, so that he can receive an invoice and other documentation.

3. When paying for goods, the Client can choose the appropriate payment method: 1. Via Internet banking, the Client, having selected a bank, will be directed to the bank's page.  (through the EveryPay payment system) 2. With Visa or Mastercard. In case of payment via Internet banking or using Visa or Mastercard (through the EveryPay payment system), the goods are reserved for 30 minutes, during which the customer must make the payment. In case of non-receipt of payment, the order is cancelled. 3. Using the option "Transfer by account", which will allow the Client to pay the received invoice to the specified bank details within 1 (24h) day. To confirm the order, the Customer pays 100% of the order amount. 

4. The contract is considered concluded, and we start to fulfill the order immediately after the Client pays 100% of the cost of the goods.

5. DELIVERY OF GOODS
   

1. 7skin.lv completes the order and transfers it to its logistics partners after the sales contract comes into force (after the Client pays the invoice)

2. The terms and methods of delivery of goods, as well as the current prices for delivery services are indicated on the website 7skin.lv in the “Delivery” section
   

3. The goods damaged during transportation are replaced by the Customer with a new one if the goods (but not the packaging) are damaged. If it is not possible to replace the goods with a new one, we offer to pay the Customer the cost of the damaged goods.

6. COLLECTION OF GOODS (SELF-COLLECTION)

   If the Client who has chosen self-collection (free collection from the warehouse as the method of receiving the goods does not collect the ordered goods within 30 (thirty) working days from the date on which 7skin.lv has sent a notification that the goods are ready for collection, the Client shall be deemed to have failed to fulfil their contractual obligations.

   Upon expiry of the specified period, 7skin.lv shall be entitled, unilaterally and without additional notice, to:

   • consider the distance contract terminated due to the Client’s fault;
   • terminate the obligation to store and deliver the goods;
   • retain the full amount paid by the Client as contractual penalty and compensation for expenses related to order processing, storage of the goods, reservation of the goods for the Client, and loss of the opportunity to sell the goods;
   • dispose of the goods at its own discretion, including resale.
   
   

7. RIGHTS OF RETURN
   

1. Regulations No. 255 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia “Regulations on distance contracts” provide that the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods and return the goods purchased in the online store to the seller. Part six of Article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Latvia on the Protection of Consumer Rights states that “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right to refuse.”

2. Returned item must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging.

3. The customer bears the costs associated with the return of the goods. An exception is the case when the reason for the return of the goods is a discrepancy with the order made or a defective product.

4. To return the goods, the Customer must submit an application for a return in any form within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by sending it to the e-mail address [email protected] . In the application for return, it is necessary to indicate the name of the Client, the name of the product, the invoice or order number, the reason for the return.

5. Money for the returned goods will be compensated to the Client within 14 days from the date of receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

8. LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE
   

1. 7skin.lv is liable to the Client, and the Client is liable to 7skin.lv in the event of damage caused by violation of these conditions by the second party, in accordance with the cases and extent established in the effective legal acts of the Republic of Latvia.

2. Before using the purchased product, carefully read the instructions for use and use the product for its intended purpose, in accordance with the characteristics of the product and the manufacturer's recommendations.

3. 7skin.lv shall not be liable to the Client for any damage or delay in the delivery of the goods if the damage or delay in the delivery of the goods is caused by circumstances that 7skin.lv could not influence or foresee.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY
   

1. When using the 7skin.lv website, the Client gives his clear and considered consent to 7skin.lv for the processing of his personal data.

2. 7skin.lv undertakes to use the personal data provided by the Client only when filling out the Client's order and not to disclose them to third parties. The terms of the Privacy Policy are set out in the "Privacy Policy" section.
   

10. OTHER CONDITIONS
    

1. In case of disagreements or disputes in the process of fulfilling these conditions, 7skin.lv and the Client, first of all, try to reach a consensus through negotiations. The Client also has the right to apply to the Consumer Protection Board or to the Court if the negotiations between 7skin.lv and the Client have not yielded any results. In turn, 7skin.lv also has the right to apply to the Court for the protection of its rights.
